Ingredients
1 oz blood orange juice
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz Veso Bitter Citrus
2 oz gin
1 egg white
garnish: blood orange wheel
Directions
Combine blood orange juice, lemon juice, syrup, aperitif, gin, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again, until chilled.
Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a fresh, thinly sliced blood orange wheel.
