Shipping policy

We try our best to ship orders within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). As a small business (and since we ship ourselves, instead of using a 3rd party warehouse), we may sometimes take a little longer to process your order, and we appreciate your patience! You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. If you have an urgent order or an emergency, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@drinkveso.com and we'll try to help as best we can!

We currently ship to the following states, though this may change due to legislative changes:

AK, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

Alcohol orders require an adult (21+) to receive and sign. We recommend shipping to a business or other address where someone 21+ will be available.

After one missed delivery attempt, UPS will redirect the shipment to a nearby UPS Access Point, where it will be held for up to 7 days at no charge. If it isn't picked up within that window, it will be returned to us, and additional restocking and re-shipping fees will apply.

Shipping Rate and Times

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50 to the contiguous US, which is any order of 2 bottles or more. Once your order ships, our free ground shipping will typically deliver within 1-2 days to most locations in California. For orders under $50, we offer $15 flat-rate ground shipping to the contiguous US, which should also deliver within 1-2 days most places in California. Outside of California, our Free Ground Shipping is usually delivered in 3-5 business days from the ship date.

Local delivery

From time to time, and on certain orders, we may offer reduced-fee or free local delivery. If this option is available to you, you will see it during checkout. These orders typically deliver same day or next day!

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, send us a note at hello@drinkveso.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@drinkveso.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
