Rosemary Solstice Spritz

This tart and sweet drink is a perfect low-abv sipper for a hot summer day. The lavender syrup adds a beautiful floral note to it, and can be used in a whole host of other recipes as well.

4 oz Strawberry Solstice
1 oz
 Lemon Juice
1 oz Rosemary Syrup
2 oz Sparkling Water

Rosemary and orange slice for garnish

Rosemary syrup

1/2 cup rosemary leaves
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup boiling water

Muddle sugar and rosemary leaves in a cup or mason jar, and then add boiling water. Let steep for 30 minutes and then strain through a mesh strainer and let cool.

Process

Fill a wine glass with ice, and top with all ingredients, stirring to combine. Garnish with rosemary and and orange slice.
